Anything is possible. If their property is on the market for awhile they may lower the price and reconsider. If nothing else your agent should see if he could persuade them to take the offer and they could accept back up offers. That way even if someone else did come in you would have the first right to remove the contingency and buy the house. Just keep looking and watch that property. The problem being; what if you all of a sudden found the perfect home (a different one) and your condo sold. Now you are stuck with the first one. So just keep looking and keep your eye on that property. Then do everything you can to help sell your condo.
