If you are looking to invest in property here in the US, consider Oklahoma. We are doing great here in the OKC metro area and Business Week voted Yukon, OK as best affordable suburb because of our low cost and due to our thriving and growing economy. Typically, you will find in Oklahoma that brokers fee are a total of 6% of the sales price. However, there are no set standards for fees. There are other fees that occur in the transaction like closing fees and inspection. These are determined based on sales price and exactly what inspects are done, most closing fees are a set rate.
