This is for Steve and Brandy at 618 Avondale. I saw your post for Kendra and I was wondering if your home was still for sale? I am right there with you on Creekmore, it is the nicest subdivision in our entire area. How much are you selling your home for? I will pass it along to my buyers.

Hello Kendra,
If you are interested in Raymore area, we are selling our beautiful one year old home in a subdivision called Creekmoor. There is no other subdivision in the area like it, it has some amazing amenities like a lake, golf course, pool, walking trail. You should check it out. Look it up on by typing in the address: 618 Avondale Ln, Raymore, MO 64083. Hope to hear from you soon!

I did some checking and no this home does not have a home owners association. Are you looking for a neighborhood that does? This subdivision is called Remington Hills. Most of the homes were built in 2004 and 2005. I just sold a home in Raymore before Christmas and I just love the area. Unfortunatly the home you inquired about has went under contract and is waiting to close. There are 4 other homes for sale starting at $169,900 and going to $176,900 in that neighborhood. If you would like to tour any of them just let me know.
