How can you fire her if you can't contact her?

Hi Sergio:

Robert is correct regarding your obligation to your agent, it all depends on what you have signed, which agreement, for what time period etc. I think you should contact her first (if she never returns your call or e-mail, you could leave a message telling her that you are going to contact her broker).

Working with an agent who meets your expectations is important. Make sure you let him/her or them know up front what is important to you. Talk about what your best form of communication is and what and how you would like for them to communicate.
Let me know if I can help.

A couple questions to clarify:

Do you have a buyer-broker agreement with your agent? If you did not sign a contract with your agent then you are under no obligation to use her and you can find an agent or better yet a team that offers a systematic approach to helping you find your ideal home in your ideal timeframe for the least amount of money.

If you do have a buyer-broker agreement with your agent and you are not satisfied with her performance, you may want to call the broker of her office and let them know your dissatisfaction with her service thusfar.

The broker may either get that agent to clean up her act or reassign you to another agent within that office. If neither of these options are satisfactory, then you can ask the broker if he will let you out of the contract. It is up to the broker's discretion.

If you are not in a buyer-broker situation and you would like to take advantage of a team system then I ask you to consider our team.

We have a team of 12 agents working in concert to service our clients. Each agent specializes in a certain portion of your transaction and therefore you are serviced by a team of experts that have perfected their role in helping you find your ideal home.

We invite you to go the the attached website and gather a lot of helpful tools to make your home purchase a smooth transaction.
