WHATS THE BEST WAY TO SELL MY PROPERTY AND MAKE THE MOST PROFIT

I LIVE IN A RESIDENTIAL LOW AREA WITH A SCRAP YARD UNFENCED NEXT TO MY PROPERTY THE DWELLING IS AN OLDER COTTAGE TYPE IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. IT IS LIVABLE BUT UNLIKELY THAT ANYONE WOULD WANT FOR DWELLING DUE TO NATURE OF BUSINESS NEXT DOOR THE BORO IS SAYING THAT THE LAND COULD BE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSE WITH APPLICATION...THE LAND IS APPROX 84 X 479 ON A MAIN ROAD .....HOW DO I LIST PROPERTY AND WHAT WOULD BE THE VALUE

You really should contact a realtor in the area who can give you much more accurate information than you will find on this site. You will need more information on the zoning of the property--sounds like it might be able to be zoned business, and you might want to do this in order to sell--sounds like no one is going to buy it for residential purposes. A local realtor can run a comparison for you and tell you a lot more about selling your property. A comparative market analysis generally will cost you nothing--so go ahead and make a few phone calls!!
