It sounds like you are going to have to lower your price to get it to sell or sit on it for a little while. Another issue you can run into if you are higher than the comps, is when you do get a buyer your home will not appraise for the higher price and then you will have to lower it anyway or not sell it. It is best to price it right from the beginning. Do you have to sell? If not you may want to just stay there awhile longer?
