Hello again Theresa,

I would love to speak with you. As mentioned in my other answer to you, I do service Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Are you saying that you do not want Realtors to offer their services to you?

You should read the Realtors profiles that are provided here on Trulia. Then you should choose a few Realtors to talk with and then make your choice based on whoever fits your needs.

Buyer agency is very important and can be the difference between saving money or perhaps losing money. You also need to know that your buyer agent is extremely familiar with the Agreement of Sale. When it comes time to negotiate, you need to know that you will be able to count on your Realtor.

The only way you will find a buyer agent who is right for you is to start talking with different Realtors.

Please feel free to contact me.

Hi Theresa,

Thought that you might like a response from another Buyer. I can recommend someone that I've worked with - he's sharp, experienced and listens with both ears.

Please let me know if you'd like his info. My email is jkling at nac.net (just combine accordingly).

Hello Theresa,
I am actually a buyers agent in Montgomery County. Our office is in Blue Bell however we service the entire county. Im not sure about the rest of your question. Most agents help buyers and sellers. Personally the only issue I can see that may present a conflict of intrest is if the agent would be trying to sell you one of thier own listings. Hope this helps. If you need anything at all, dont hesitate to contact me.
My cell is 267-253-0216. Good luck on your search
