You are picking up old information from Trulia. The listing you are referring to actually says, "This Single-Family Home located at 2407 Pheasant Run, Melissa TX 75454 is currently sold." It is actually an expired listing in MLS and never sold during the listing period. If you were looking for a virtual tour of this property, there is not one associated with the MLS information. Trulia does not monitor ads placed on this site and often old listings are not deleted or marked as sold when they never were. Some listings are placed here to draw traffic to other web sites. While Trulia is a good information source, it is a very unreliable property source. Talk to a REALTOR and use the MLS system for the most acurate listing information and the best information on both pre-owned and new construction.
