I'm glad to see that you're looking at online sources for information about your home. To the best of my knowledge, information about your home comes from Commerce Twp to Oakland County Public records. If information is incorrect on Trulia most likely it came from the builder. You can choose to update your information with the township, and possibly increase your homes SEV and Taxable Value.
Starting sometime in the next week or so, all homes placed in the local Multiple Listing Service, Realcomp, will be available on Trulia though an agreement with Point2Homes.com. (that is for companies using data sharing IDX) Should you decide to place your home on the market, it will automatically correct current information on this and several other websites.
If you would like additional information on this, or the other websites with incorrect information on your home, let me know.
Best of luck,
Keller Williams Realty
Maureen is correct. The data feeds to Trulia are not always perfect, so it is wise to have an agent that can massage that for you. All of our inventory is fed to dozens and dozens of sites, Trulia being one of them.
In that you are preparing to have your home professionally marketed, I would appreciate the opportunity to interview for the job. I own a home near you, and in-fact represent a home very similar to yours...
Hope to hear from you soon, Noelle.

When you put it on the market the MLS will reflect the correct data. That is what a buyer will and their agent will be looking at to make their decision. Trulia will be showing the MLS data if your Realtor submits their listings to Trulia like we do. Not all brokers submit to Trulia.
Good luck with your sale,
