Danielle, Home Buyer in Pennsylvania

Has anyone used Mainline National Mortgage?

Asked by Danielle, Pennsylvania Thu Mar 27, 2008

They have the lowest rates that I have seen so I am wondering if there is a catch...ie...higher fees, etc.

The rates advertised are often not the rates they give you when you call. The fees are higher than most other mortgage companies.

Make sure you get a lock-in agreement in writing from them. They like to play games with your rate.

of Common Pleas of Chester County in favor of Alexander Zdrok (Zdrok) and

Roberta Mustin (Mustin). We affirm the judgment entered on the verdict of
the jury and remand for proceedings consistent with this decision.
¶ 2 The present matter arose out of a dispute regarding the payment of
commissions allegedly owed to Zdrok and Mustin. Zdrok and Mustin were
employed as loan officers with Main Line National Mortgage, Inc. (Main Line
National) for an agreed upon compensation of 50% commission on the
broker fee.

It's also funny that they are advertising 5.5% on a 30yr fixed with zero points, when the wholesale 30yr conforming rate currently is 5.745 (http://www.mtgprofessor.com/). Be careful...
