Is the area around 2nd and Cypress a good area to live in?

Hello Joan there is one for sale at 224 Cypress the price is 298,000 dollars the MLS # is 4384675. As Pacita mentioned these properties are co-ops and require 20% down. That being said it is a nice community like all of Alameda.

Thanks

Buyer is buying a share in the co-op Woodstock Corp and this property must be owner occupied. Lender requires 20% down and that the buyer must use the co-op's specific lender. From time to time, a unit becomes available for sale, and as of this writing, there is only one for sale at 224 Cypress Avenue listed for $298,000. The monthly HOA fee is $175.

Besides this co-op, there are other properties (condos) for sale in Alameda in this price bracket.

Whichever type of property you desire, Alameda is a wonderful place to live in.

Good luck!

Hello,
There is one active listing in the Woodstock development on Cypress. Are you specifically looking for this development or other properties as well in the same vicinity? Woodstock is a co-op and the process to purchase in this development is different. If you would like more Alamedan.
