Hi Pei, I called the union city planning dept. The woman I spoke with said the summerhill homes were not built on the dump grounds. But she put me through to amother lady who she said could tell me more about the other homes in the area. I had to leave a message and when she calls me back I will forward the info on to you.....If you have any other questions I can help you with feel free to contact me.......Dawn

Yes, I believe the area would be approx. south of Regents, north of Dyer, and west of Union City Blvd. However the exact location may be behind, or beyond, the current housing tract. As Steve mentioned, it would be best to talk to the city, - and possibly some of the nearby home owners if you have concerns, they may be able to tell you a lot.
Good luck,
