Sam,

It depends upon square footage...but here is the sales data from the last 12 months of Strasburg PA Ranch homes.

Let me know if you want me to take a closer look.

Sincerely,

Hello Sam,
As a professional Realtor, I am unable to answer your question fairly without actually seeing your property. Once I know more about your property and actually see it, I would be happy to do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for you to help determine a fair listing price. A CMA will look at similar homes that have sold, are on the market or are under agreeement. By looking at the similar homes, we will be able to determine a fair listing price. I can help you competitively price your home. I utilize Staging when I market my homes and Staging has been proven to help homes sell for more money in less time. Should you like me to help you, please get in touch with me.
Thanks for your great question. I look forward to helping you get your answer.

That is like asking you to determine how tall I am in Athens, Georgia with no information. If you want a not so accurate estimate, hit truilia or the other 40,000 free real estate sights for a historic high valuation. If you want true market value, contact a local professional realtor and ask them to inspect and assess the value, plus give you their estimate of net sales when they successfully sell your home to a new buyer. Top tproducers will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear value your time and their reputation to much. Too, you need to tell them your time frame for sale: normal market time, 90 days, 1 day, 1 hour. A price can be established for each of these time goals, in any market! Yes, 1 day or 1 week listings are very much a part of most markets due to highly motivated sellers.
