Ed,
In SW Florida and in this case at Tiburon Greg Norman designed Golf Course located in North Naples, the height of the Season is from January to March, the season as a whole is from December to April. Some will make a cut April 14th. These units are offered turned key. In this perticular case this unit is listed a bit high and you may find better priced properties at the same location. Personaly I always liked November. Great weather, less people, better deals and its not part of the so call "season".

So basically a seasonal rental is a property which is rented by week or month ( even days) for a higher price during the most attractive months in Florida or at least when the demand is the strongest.

Ed,

A seasonal rental is a unit that is rented either by the month in season (for us that is Dec-April) or for the entire season. The unit usually comes turn key furnished and ready to be moved in with your toothbrush.

If I can help you in any way please feel free to contact me.
