I think when you're speaking of older homes in Vegas, you'll find more mid - century styles. Las Vegas is just over 100, and most of it's growth in the latter half of that. There are a number of these historic neighborhoods in the valley. Lynn of Classic Las Vegas has listed them.
For those unfamiliar with mid century modernist architecture and ranch homes, there's a quarterly about them called Atomic Ranch.

It is also possible there are some reproductions available in some of the custom home areas, but it would take a more extensive search to pull those out.
Now that you can find in Vegas-a big front porch. A wrap around might be a little harder to find, but you can certainly find the porch here. Probably one other thing that you might find difficult is the size of the lots here, depending on what price range you are in. There are newer homes that resemble older ones and one particular builder does have porches that wrap part of the way. Are you in Vegas now? If so, let's set up a time where you can look. A word of caution-don't visit a new home builder without me. Once you walk in the door here you can't be represented by an agent and the onsite agent only represents the builder. Besides excellent representation, there are often benefits that I can pass on to you that you would not receive on your own. Plus representation is free to you, so it is to your advantage to use it.
Hope to have the opportunity to meet you.
Keep in mind that Air conditioning was not prevalent in homes during this time so Victorians and English/French Tudors were not practical. In all fairness, Las Vegas is a very new city and follow this site to get an idea of just how much it has exploded in the past 20 years:
Population of Las Vegas in 1980 reported by the site: 164,674.
