I just helped a buyer client acquire a new construction office building, 4700 sq ft of office space, 2300 sq ft of warehouse space in Mandeville. We closed last week, so I have a fresh opinion on values. Contact realtor, Danny Gaspard, 985-264-3657.

Best thing you can do is speak to a Realtor!!! Otherways you can go about is checking commercial real estate websites like Loopnet.com or local real estate papers like The Real Estate Finder
