Thank you for your post.
I do not service your area (disclaimer).
I suggest a couple of alternatives:
1. Check on Trulia voices for Realtors that do service your area.
2. Talk with people you know that have moved or sold recently.
4. We have an office in Cleveland and would be happy to refer you to an expert in your area. You can contact via my Trulia profile.
Whomever you hire, remember that you are looking someone that you can understand and understands you.and your situation. Hoomes sell homes, Realtors expose the home to the market and help you move from your old home to the new home in a way that minimizes your costs and stress. That is the way I look at the process. So IMHO they need to present you with a plan that is tailored to meet your specific needs and timetable.
One note of caution. When interviewing Realtors I do not recommend going with the one that has the highest price (generally speaking). We call that buying a listing, and in most markets, which are buyers markets, the last thing you want is to be overpriced.
Best of luck to you.
