It is also best to get past price per square foot. It is only accurate if you are comparing properties that are very similar in size and features. For example, price per square foot is different for a two story versus a one story. Pool or no pool, who is the builder and difference in quality. I only concentrate on price per square foot where all the homes are by the same builder and are very similar. Get a Realtor to run a CMA for you.
