Hi Rich,

Recently sold information is still available on Trulia under the Listing Type filter on the left side of the search results page. You can access the link below to see homes sold in Glendale within the last nine months.

You can always contact a local Realtor to provide you with the most accurate data available. This is usually a courtesy we provide for potential clients. Good luck.

Contact TRULIA directly for that question.

If you give me the specific neighborhood you are looking for I can post the info.

If you are looking for a comprehensive report showing what your home is worth and what homes are not only selling for but asking prices in your direct area here is a link:

Or go to and click on What's My Home Worth?

I am not sure if they changed the way you were looking, however it is still avilable if you follow these steps:

Once you select a property in the area you are looking at, if you click on the view comparable homes button (about half way down) and click the tab that says recently sold homes you can find it there.

If you still can't find what you are looking for, I am happy to e-mail you the recent solds just let me know what area or a house you want to compare it to.
