HUD Good Neighbor Next Door -Homes being sold to local gov's first- not teachers/emts, etc.?

HUD Homes through GNND - Foreclosed HUD homes are being offered to local gov's after a period of time for $1.00 - through the GNND program - How does a qualified GNND applicant (teacher/police officer) work with the local government to purchase one of these homes. Thank you!

I'm not really sure how, but I can sudgest that you contact HUD and aske them how you can apply and/or call 311 the should be able to reffer you to the right place.
