Jason Carter, Home Buyer in 90403

Does anyone have any info on the quality of the Culver City condos such as Lakeside Village or Raintree?

Asked by Jason Carter, 90403 Fri Aug 29, 2008

Just wondering what people's experiences have been like in these condos. Are they quiet? Quality of life? Are residents satisfied? Seems to be high turnover?

I do! I've been working with a couple all Summer and we have been in those two developments many times.
Raintree is the most expensive of the two, very quiet and very beautiful. Residents seem to love the development. You can see more on my website (click on culver city condo's) Lakeside is more reasonable, and has a younger population with more families.
The turnover likely has to do with owners eventually moving to home purchase. Condo's are a common first step for first time buyers.

Lakeside Village and Raintree have 24 hour security and are very safe. They are well maintained and quiet. They both have wonderful amenities. Let me know if you are interested in any of them. I have been working in these communities as well as Tara Hill for some time now. Approximately 25% of the community rent.

Let me know if you have any questions.
