My wife is a teacher working towards her masters in the state of Ky. She is in high demand subject, So her loans are paid off by the state for each year she teaches. We have paid off a car, and have done like rent to own companies, ie. Aarons, and have purchased numerous things without missing payments. Rent hasalways been paid on time or early. We are living in a 900 sq ft house, 2 bed 1 bath, we have a 4 year old and expecting one in May. So yes we are a little crowded. My big question is this, with what we know of our credit history. some good some bad. Are there any places out there that will give public school teachers a break and give them a loan to buy a house?
