I have access to the average rental price by zip code, for the rental properties listed on the Las Vegas MLS. Just get in touch with what you're looking for. Obviously that wouldn't include those from unlisted property management or private owners, but it might give you a ball park.
If you wanted to check the actual Vegas rental listings currently available on the MLS for a specific area, you can do that at my search site if you'd like.
Just select #7 Residential Rentals, and on the next screen enter a high end price, along with any other criteria. Can also specify a street or subdivision and see if anything availble.
Other than that, there's Rental Slicer, although it appears they only collect data available from other sites on the net and for some reason include places in CA among the Las Vegas listings. Also seems to lean more towards apartments, but again might give you some idea.
Thanks again. I allowed viewing of my private email in my profile, but just in case, my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I hate spam too. I'm a local home inspector here in Vegas and I do a lot of advertising through email, but I also know how frustrating and time consuming it can be going through all the junk email out there. BTW - If you ever have a need for a good, local home inspector, I'm experienced, reputable and reasonable. Again, I appreciate the info.
If you add your contact to your Trulia profile or send an email to me, I'll forward the information I have. Includes the zip codes with the YTD information you're looking for and a valley wide overview of rental price trends. It's not top secret or that I want your email, just a little much to try to post it all here.
