If you're working with a Realtor you can ask him/her to pull comps for you. That Listing is a Short Sale. The last one that I see Sold was on 1/1/09 for $220,000 (this was not a Short Sale). At the list price of $169,900 it's a steal. There have been 2 comparable sales in Central Park since the beginning of the year. One was listed at $189k and went to contract in 4 days at $180k. The second one was listed for $239k and sold for $220k. It also appears that unit 201 has had additional upgrades.
