As a Realtor I am looking to grow my business, where are good places to find FSBO's?

I'm looking for ways to find FSBO's other than driving around and burning gas? Any ideas or sites would be truly appreciated.

Have you checked the classifieds in the local paper? FSBO.com, forsalebyowner.com, craigslist, are just a few suggestions.

http://www.landvoice.com is the service I use to spot FSBO's. The nice thing is that for the low fee, they email you daily with FSBO's in your area that are in the paper, on the web, everywhere. Great resource. If you go with them, tell them I sent you so that I can maybe get a credit or something.

Try RedEx - for a fee they give you all the FSBO's culminating from newspaper ads, internet and the like and also expired's off of your MLS and furthermore, manage them and give you template letters customized to that customer - they provide phone numbers and e-mail addresses where available and also tell you if the customer is on the DNC list or has an invalid e-mail or has relisted the property or an agent owns the property. It's a good program out of California - Mike Ferry promotes it. They have a website by the same name. Call me if you need more info.
