Anyone know this realtor? Sunlite? I have e-mailed them 4 times regarding this house and never got a response.

I tried calling her as well, no response... i did find out this info from mls.. The prices do not match on trulia and mls. her agency offers prices in ranges and in mls it says SRMS $359900-389900 which usually means they will look at offers in thie range. .Home for all needs! Good morning Kim- I concur with the other comments listed below. Timing is everything in RE; if you have to wait because of someone else and you lose a great deal, its you loss- not the listing agents.
On the surface, this Pelham home looks like a very good deal- especially if you're in the market for a home with an in-law. There are not many like this one- so you'd need to get something moving, in my opinion.

I don't know this agent, but I did check out her website and I have heard of the company. I emailed her asking her about the price since it is listed currently on the MLS for $359,900 with a value range of $359,900-389,900. This means they will take an offer between that range, usually leaning towards the higher end, has been my experience. The price on Trulia hasn't been updated recently I am assuming. I don't know why the top price says $289,900 when the range says $389,900-409,900. I guess it's a typo. The bottom line is if you have to email an agent 4 times, and you still don't get a response, then you need to work with a different agent to see the property. Anyone can show you the property, and Cindy already represents the seller, so you may not want her to be the one o show it to you to begin with.
