Hi Lovetrilevel,

Using Trulia's keyword search, I found one listing in Aurora that includes the word tri-level in the description. You can view that listing at the link below and you may want to try other key words or phrases like '3-story'. Good luck managing all those stairs. :)

Best Wishes,

The best way to find any type of home is to build a relationship with a REALTOR you are comfortable with. We all have access to the same homes. The key is to find a REALTOR the will put your needs first.

Is there a specific area or subdivision that you are interested in? Certain builders might have had tri levels as one of their models therefore you'll have a better chance of finding them in a certain area. Laurel Ridge on the East side has an assortment of tri levels. As Cindy mentioned there is also mulitiple definitions floating around about what a true tri level is. If you can list your requirements (#of beds, baths & location) as well as what a tri level is to you I am sure I could help you narrow down where some homes are. Best of Luck!

The best way to know if a home is a Tri-level is to see a picture of it. If you are working with a Realtor the fields in the MLS can be queried to bring up homes that have specific criteria....like basement baths. Realtors, Homeowners, Appraisers and even Assessors often have differing definitions for Bi-Level, Tri-Level, Split-Level, etc style of homes. When you define what your needs are (say you want bedrooms on two levels) then your Realtor can get specific about the homes being sent to you.
