Now that it happened to me, I realized that, Trulia gets their information from the tax record / Realist.
The information was recorded wrong and needs to be corrected. Check with title company. My condo is 4 bdr
3 1/5 bath, tax records show it as 5 brm + 2 1/5 bath.
Always happy to assist.

Hi Susan,
The MLS and Trulia pulls this information from the public tax records. Your tax record indicates a 1 bedroom 1 bath. I can only guess, but when the unit the originally built it may have only been a 1 bedroom or the assessor made a mistake. Perhaps later a wall was added or the unit was remodeled and this was over looked. You can contact contact the county assessor for information on how to correct this.

Susan, Trulia is fed information from the MLS. My best guess is that when the listing agent put it into the system they inadvertently posted it as a 1 bedroom vs a 2 bedroom. They can update this which will update this site within a few days after.
