Please let me know what kind of a home do you have and the age of the home. I have two properties under contract currently in Tinton falls and I have some mor buyer for the area. The inventory is very low in Tinton falls and if the home is in good condition and is priced right it sells very quickly.

It really depends on the type of property. If you are selling a multi-family or condo, the numbers will be different than those given by Lucy, below. There are a lot of condos on the market in TF.
Also, the market is just starting to pick up in South Monmouth county after a horrible 3rd quarter 2007, but it has been very irratic. January was great when the rates were cut, then the bond market sent the long term rates rising again so activity was at first great, then dead by February. Hopefully with the anticipated cut by the Feds again 3/18, the buyers will come out eagerly again so they don't miss the boat again this time around.

Dear GeorgeH,
The average time on the market based on data of single family homes active, under contract and sold is 99 DOM beginning January 1, 2008 to present. If you wish more precise data regarding type of property, style of home, specific area, provide me with additional information. I would be happy to provide you with more information in regards to properties in Tinton Falls.
Best of Luck to you.
Sincerely,
Lucy Korzelius
