Lisa is correct....if you are looking for someone to send you lists of properties, a Realtor can help you with this. BTW........properties are not for sale for $6000. You represent one of many many consumers who ask this question on Voices, and this will hopefully register w/ Trulia that the postings are misleading. These "listings" generate a lot of web hits for Trulia, and that has value to Trulia. They sell ad space and satisfy investors based on web hits. The properties listed as foreclsoures may or may not be for sale. The listing here on Trulia only means that there was a legal action for a monetary claim on the property. Often, this legal action represents a foreclsoure action. Often the amount listed is the amount of $$ is disupte.
For assistance with properties that are for sale and accurate info on the listing and offering prices, a Realtor can provide you current and reliable data.
