Hello Maureen,
It's very difficult for an agent to price a home without viewing it. As we all know, home are quite different in some form or fashion, no two are alike. The price would depend on condition, room sizes, basement/attic space, among other things. However and agent can send you information regarding homes similar to your that have recently sold in your neighborhood, again it doesn't mean that yours has to be priced as high or as low, but it does give you an idea of a range. Some of the important things to key in on would be market time (how long the home was listed), the number of times the price changed ( if any), and if the seller paid closing cost. I you're interested in further pursuing this, please send me an email Tim@TimHaywood.net, call me 773-842-6101. Also visit my website. I'm very familiar with the area.

I would recommend getting a Realtor to do a Home Valuation to determine what you can get for your home. In todays market, an agent can help you determine where to best position your home to get the best results. If you want, you can email me your information and I can pull the data for you and we can go from there. This way, you can evaluate the information and we can determine how to best list your home.
