It's very difficult for an agent to price a home without viewing it. As we all know, home are quite different in some form or fashion, no two are alike. The price would depend on condition, room sizes, basement/attic space, among other things. However and agent can send you information regarding homes similar to your that have recently sold in your neighborhood, again it doesn't mean that yours has to be priced as high or as low, but it does give you an idea of a range. Some of the important things to key in on would be market time (how long the home was listed), the number of times the price changed ( if any), and if the seller paid closing cost.
