I was born and raised and live here in Fairfield. This is in a great location if you want privacy. The Ridge is a gated community with lots to offer as far as the kids go. There is a clubhouse and an outdoor in ground swimming pool. A great place to have gatherings and parties, etc. The location is not too far away from the shopping and restaurants. It is approximately 2.5 to 3 miles to the Post Road.
The school for this area is a little further away, maybe 5 + or so miles from The Ridge. My kids have many friends that live there and we haven't found it a problem. If I can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to call on me. I would be happy to send you a map of the area. You can contact me through my website.
Blessings,
Tim

180 Morning Dew Circle is in a subdivision called The Ridge. It is in the Greenfield Hill market area although Fairfield historians might argue it is on the outskirts of Greenfield Hill. The Ridge ia a beautiful subdivision with large lot sizes, beautiful homes, and privacy.

There are families with kids but it is not known as being a "family" neighborhood. In my opinion, it is a bit less family oriented than other places in town as the lots are big and the houses are a greater distance apart. Depending on the age of your kids this may not be an issue. It is a bit far to the high school in it's district which may be a factor if you are dropping off and picking up etc.

I think of the Ridge as an area with beautiful, large homes for those who are looking for privacy and a feeling of exclusivity. It is not for those who are looking to be very near the hub of the activity and all the conveniences that Fairfield, Southport and Westport have to offer.
