Unfortunately alot of homes you view here on Trulia is not up-to-date. For the most up to date home search feel free to use this link This is backdoor link to our local MLS. Here you will be able to search all the available homes for sale. The homes are updated daily so you will always be looking at fresh information. Hi, Charlene,

That's asmart thing to do is to compare pricing for different sections of the same area. I market in Winslow, Waterford Works, and Gloucester quite extensively, so to really do an indepth comparison more details of what you are looking for would be needed. I think it would be a good idea to get a clearer idea of what you want before we start throwing houses at you. Give us a call at 609-417-1086 and give us details of what you want in your new homes.
