I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "is there any way this property would be rented out." If your asking about it's ability to be rented out because your concerned that due to it being an expensive property for a rental that it is not "marketable," then I would have to say that as long as it's free from major defects and the rental price needed is priced correctly, then it could rent very quickly. Of course, I would have to go inside and take a look to get a better idea of what were dealing with.

Moon township is a highly desirable area to live and there are people that make good money, but don't have the means to buy a property at this time. Indeed, the rental market is good in that area. In fact, I just rented 87 McGovern Blvd (a 2 bedroom) for $725 + all utilities in just one day.

If you are thinking about renting your home, this is a popular choice and actually one that I would suggest because selling a home in this market is forcing people to lose a lot of hard earned equity in the transaction. Rent now while the market is good for renting and sell later when the market is good for selling.

Consider yourself warned, however, renting is no game and should be handled by a RESPONSIBLE professional. A irresponsible professional will probably do more harm then good, but a careful expert should be able to provide you with a tenant that has been properly screened, interviewed, and verified.

The best company that I know that rents in that area would be my company, WJ Kellar Real Estate Services. We do have an option to simply lease your home and let you manage it, or to manage it ourselves. We are the most affordable, reasonable (I believe), and have been around since 1936 (family owned). We can also help you sell your home down the line if and when you feel that is the best option for you.

Feel free to contact me if you should have any questions regarding this matter.
