In my working days my hands on experience in my craft came at one of the busiest retail optical dispensaries owned by one of the most highly regarded opticians in St. Louis. After working there for four or five years an ophthalmologist who had very strong prescription came in one afternoon. Normally she would only let Wayne, the old pro take care of her. I greeted her and told her I would get Wayne for her. She told me not to bother and asked if I would mind taking care of her. I asked her if she was sure as I didn't have the years behind me that Wayne did. She replied it didn't take Wayne 35 years to get as good as he is. From that day on when she came back for adjustments or new glasses she waited for me.
25 years experience at WHAT? Are you looking for a solid, experienced, mature agent, or are you looking for someone to date? LOL In my "experience," AGE does NOT equal WISDOM. :)
Best of luck to you!
I would suggest for marketing plan, pricing and great photos! Some of the older ones dont even use a computur you cant make it in this market with out internet exposure! Look for a marketing edge!
I am just wondering why 25 years, realize that the real estate market has drastically changed during the very last 10 - 12 years, because of the internet and all the technology available, when the agent started out 25 years ago - Everything was different. So I am not sure what the 25 years will bring to the table for YOU!
You want someone who has been in the business for a while a good number of years (5 to 10 would be just fine!!!), is well versed in internet marketing and knows your area well and you trust and can work well with. Someone who is honest about the market conditions in your area and helpful in preparing your home for sale and may be suggesting some staging changes etc. ---
If you like I would love to recommend one of my partner agents in our area of Texas so that you can connect and discuss all the details involved in marketing and advertising your home in today's market which is a bit different from years back... So let me know if you would like me to make that recommendation.
Feel free to e-mail me directly to email@example.com and if you e-mail me your current address and a little bit of information about your home I will forward to you the contact information for the agent and pass your e-mail address on as well.
Good luck to you and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Not quite sure what 25 years of experience brings to the table for someone desiring a successful real estate experience????
Why not 20 years? or 17 years? or someone from an area that had 10 million in gross sales last year?
