Landon, Home Buyer in 28115

Does anyone know where I can get a CMA for 28677 on a 3Bdrm Plus Bonus, 2Bth 2200sq/ft on 1 Acre lot?

It is new construction off of Atwell Dr. off of Eufola and Old Mountain Rd. in Statesville, NC. My research says the home is way overpriced but it does have several nice adds that will make the move in convenient. Any help would be appreciated.

As you can see from the responses thus far, your best bet is to find a buyer agent you are most comfortable working with, that you feel will represent you to the best of their abilities and that has your best interests in mind. Bottom line, you've got to trust them. That agent will pull the comps in the area. The ones that have sold recently to give you a reading on what the market will bear. The ones that have expired, which basically represent those homes that the market has rejected. Hi Landon, It is interesting that you are inquiring about this property as I personally have sold 8 of the lots when this subdivision started. In fact my son lives there, he was the first homeowner to move in. I have property listed there on Turn Out Dr. for a client and intend to build there myself! I recommend speaking with a real estate agent in Mooreville. You can also visit REALTOR.com and begin searching for like homes. But since you are looking to buy the home, a real estate agent who represents buyers will be your very best resource. If you do not know a real estate agent, I would be happy to recommend an agent in your area, to help you with the buying process and a CMA. Just let me know.
