Help the community by answering this question:

It depends on what is important to you. Are schools a factor? Number of bedrooms or bathrooms? Will 1800 sq ft work, or would it have to be at least 2500sq ft? Would you want a townhome or a tradtional singe family home? In my opinion, it would be worth your time to sit down with a Realtor and discuss what 's important to you. From there, your Realtor can do some research and tell you what your options are.

Hope this helps!

How about this. What if I could show you how to get a home that is between 2000 and 4000 sq ft for that price? You see, Grace, the true issue here is knowing how to properly acquire your home. Why pay 20% - 60% more than you have to? Why pay $1500 per month for the next 30 years for something that you're not totally satisfied with when you pay 30% less for 15 years? Learn how to make a purchase work for you and not the bank, agents, brokers, or contractors. Make it work for you. If you want more information on this simply email me.

It really depends on what part of the tollway you want to be and what type of home you want. You have options from Carrollton to Frisco.
