No FHA loans! No Conventional Loans!
Investors bought these for $238,900 and up and are dumping them as bad investments making values drop like a rock and the owner/occupants are so upside down it's a mess.
But having said that if anyone has the time and cash here you are.
HOA Fees, Stability of the HOA, Future Assessments due to non HOA payments just to name a few.
