Yes it is very much feasable. There are some good properties within all the zip codes you have listed within your price range and your property description. I could walk you through.

That all depends on which Cupertino school you want your child to go to. Some Sunnyvale areas, like 94087, will have Cupertino schools, or areas like San Jose 95129.

Hello,
In short, the answer to your question is Yes. As of today there are 10 properties on the market within Cupertino school district priced under $640,000. All of these properties have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I'd be happy to email you these listings if you'd like.
Hope this helps :)

You are looking at zips - 95014, 95117, 95129, 95051. You can see the actual boundaries by looking at this link on the Campbell school district site. http://cupertino.ca.campusgrid.net/home/About+our+District

One thing to keep in mind is that simply because your home is in the school district, the popularity of the Cupertino school district has caused some over crowding and they are shifting attendees to different school assignments. So once you find the home, meet with the local school and find out what there registration limitations are , if any. The Moreland school district is also a good school district for the area and offers more opportunities for housing in the West San Jose area. If you haven't already looked, check out
http://www.greatschools.net/ for test score comparison and parental feedback on different school districts.

I did find several listings meeting your criteria. I will be glad to send specific listings if you would like.
