There are shading areas in every good neighborhood. My suggestion is stick to the area I stated. Good Luck
You may wish to contact the local police depts as they can discuss crime rates, etc. I suspect that what you might want is a gated community single-family home. But, we're not sure what your price range is.

FYI - realtors CAN answer questions like, "what areas of NFM have the best school systems". Since you have a daughter, this might be one to throw out?
