We had a counter offer that we singed on a Tuesday. My agent follow up on Thursday and did not get an answer. The listing agent to this date has not let us know when it has submitted. By unchanged, we did not change the banks offer. We accepted as writen. The agent is not cooperating with us and we found out the the following monday she submited an offer for her client on week after the banks signed counter was signed seal and deliverd.

Why would the listing agent hold it at all? Can you clarify what you mean by "unchanged?"
