The Cherry Creek North market is doing just fine. It is still one of the top areas of metro Denver to live. Homes are taking a bit longer to sell in the area than in past years. Properties that are in good condition with a fair asking price are selling with an average time on the market of around 90 days. Homes that are a bit "tired" or over priced are sitting on the market up to 10 months.
My research shows homes in the Cherry Creek North area actually went up about 1% last year while metro Denver saw a 1.8% decline in 2007 home values .
