Tammy, Home Buyer in

What are the best areas off the #485h (west of the #77) to buy in. I have been looking in Cramerton/belmont.

And Gastonia.

Help the community by answering this question:

I live in the Mt Holly/Belmont area and can recommend a few neighborhoods that have easy access to 85/485. If you look further out in Cramerton/Gastonia you may get "more for your buck", however they are less accessible to Charlotte . There are some great schools, such as Gaston Day (private) and the Belmont public schools are also ranked well. You will find older neighborhoods may have larger lots, while newer neighborhoods are growing with community features such as pool and clubhouse and have monthly HOAs. Depending on your pricepoint, there are some excellent custom builds and secluded waterfront communities in Belmont and Charlotte on Lake Wylie as well. Please let me know if I can help.

Belmont schools are very good. Great area, but price point is starting to creep up... Did you look in Gastonia.. There are some very good well established neighborhoods with older homes in this area. You may want to consider. I am available to help you if you like. email me directly at rosecramer@ncrealtorsales.com

Belmont school district is very good. But prices start to climb because of that. I market in Gastonia also and there are some well established subdivisions that have older homes that would be something you may want to consider. I am always available to assist you. email me directly at rosecramer@ncrealtorsales.com and I will try to narrow down your search.
