T, Home Buyer in Texas

Can anyone tell me anything about the City View area of Wichita Falls? Is that inside the city limits? What?

Asked by T, Texas Wed Feb 13, 2008

about crime? How are the schools? Would you want to live there if that was the price range you needed to buy in? Why or why not?

Yes, City View is in Wichita Falls. It does have its own schools in that subdivision.

City View is inside Wichita Falls, yet it has it's own school district. and many great homes that would be ideal for a first time home buyer! The price can very, depending on many different sources and criteria of the homes. Currently, the homes in that area are priced between $20,144 - $135,000. The schools are newer built and have great programs I'm told!

Here is a link to Crime Free properties in the Wichita Falls. You can also call the police department for more info. (940) 761-7732.

City View offers great starter homes. There are some great "diamonds in the rough" throughout the area. A Realtor can help you weed out the bad apples and find those good quality homes. I will have two quality two listings in City View by the end of this week and would love to show them to you to give you an idea of some houses in the area. Please feel free to contact me or visit my website at http://www.MichaelKimbrell.com for more information.

Some areas of City View are very nice....some are questionable. All in all, it is a nice area, and yes if that was in my price range I would live there. It seems the East part is a little nicer, in and around Covington & Wrangler. Crime seems a little worse around Harris area. Hope that helps. Iowa Park is a near by community, 6 miles west and is great. Schools are awesome!!! Lots of community support.
