Hi Ken,

That would be enough down and we would just have to get you qualified for a new mortgage to cover the balance which shouldn't be a problem! We go over all of your options when you arrive. Feb. 9th works just fine for me. Do you have a contact # I can reach you at to set up an appointment time and confirm with you that the properties still available? You can reach me at 775-720-4712 or by email:

I look forward to meeting with you on the 9th of Febuary!!

We have some cash in our retirement account, that we could put down right away, let's say 80,000.00 and the rest when our home in Lake county sells. Would that be feasabile?
We will be in Virginia City Feb 9th, maybe we can meet you and look at the house if it isn't to late...

Virginia City is a great little town! My Grandfather and Uncle have owned stores there for 40+ years!

Do you need to sell one of your homes in California to be able to purchase this property? If so then obvisously that's the first step. If NOT then it's just a matter of putting together an offer with a price and terms that your comfortable with. I can help you with this; it won't cost you a penny and I will represent you and your interests!

This is a bank owned home so a contingent offer (where you have to sell one of your current homes) probably wouldn't be considered. If you have one of your homes in escrow already then that would be okay.

I know and LOVE the Virginia City area very much and would love the opportunity to help you with your move whether it's now or down the road! Put my knowledge of the area to work for you!!
