I just got back into the office after being out with clients this afternon and I see you have found a great deal on a house. This house is listed by a co-worker in my company and has been listed since 9/26/2008. It started at a price of $385,000 a little about the two times its' SEV of $176,000 one could expect, but as of 3/2/2009 it lowered to $297,000 (nice price for a house of this location/style/& size). As i read the coments below and the listing in the MLS I see it already has a contract on it, maybe I should show you another house that could fit your needs.

This lovely home has an offer on it. It is early in the process, however, so you could still choose to see it. The benefit of doing this is that if you write a back-up offer and the first offer falls through for any reason, you will then be the primary offer. Alternatively, I can set you up for a property email search of the multi-list system (MLS). You tell me what features are important to you in a home, and I schedule the system to search out homes that match your needs and email them to you and I go to work in the MLS database ordering it to find properties that match your needs. This is a great way to stay on top of the market instead of behind it where you find yourself now. You will continue to receive individual emails whenever a new home comes on the market that matches your criteria, or one you have already been sent has a price reduction. It's a great tool. As the status stands in the Mulitple Listing Service, the house is marked with a CTS status. This typically means there has been a contract received on the property, but for some reason, they are CONTINUING to show the property. Are you working with a buyers agent in our area?
