Thanks for your super fast answers. Technically it's sort of a whirlwind about what happen. But i want to do the right thing. I signed an agreement late jun 2008, and i finally found a house that I want via yahoo. I asked the real estate agent of long ago whom I've not had any contact until recently for a tour of the house. She could not make it so her friend, who is also a real estate agent, came with us to see that house along with several in the area. I signed no disclosure with her said friend. Then a day later, I decided to put an offer on the house, but later found out that the Realtor is both the buyer's agent and the seller. I guess I signed the disclosure for dual agency without reading it too closely. Ethically I feel wrong. I feel that my original real estate agent should be getting the commission on this home. Is that true? What would be the best course of action? This is really an ethics question, of course created by the troublesome consumer.
