This is pretty funny, since we paid almost 600K to build this and another 250 for the lot and we are the owner

It states properly what is in the public records. That you purchased the property for 194K in 1999. The only problem is that they show the date when it was posted in public records and not the settlement date.

Hi Andrea,
I know this development well! The last home to post as sold which settled on 6/17/2008 for $1,610,000. It is a Zaveta built home that is 6294 sq. ft. at 106 Muirfield. The taxes on this property are $15,121 and I see that yours is $13,384 and this makes sense because you have less acreage and a slightly smaller home. Andrea: I assume that, since you say it's funny, you are laughing. The entry plainly states that the house was built a year after this recorded sale. It also states that the average for teh area is well over a million. Of course, we have no idea how the $250,000 you paid got reduced to $194,000 but it probably did not hurt your tax base to be a little low. Pehaps you can fill in some more detail, if you just think about it.
