We own a co-op that allows sub-leasing in our by-laws with no restriction other then telling the board who is

in there if owners are not present. They are now talking about putting restrictions on how many times a year you can rent and charging a fee every time you rent to a different person. We have owned this co-op in Fla for 8 years and now they want to change the rules. Can they ?
